At Pet Lodge at Old Town Temecula, we offer comfortable and quiet cat boarding designed specifically for our feline guests. Our cat accommodations provide a calm, relaxing space where your cat can rest, observe their surroundings, and enjoy a stress-free stay while you’re away.

New Customers

All New Customers must complete the one-time online registration process prior to any reservations being made or confirmed. For your convenience you can register online using our web-based system or if you prefer you can download the registration forms and come into the lobby where we can complete the reservations with you.

STEP 1 – Review Admission Requirements

• All cats must be registered with the Pet Lodge at Old Town and all waivers signed prior to any reservations being confirmed.
• Proof of current Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations are required for all overnight Boarding and You MUST provide these before your first visit. You can upload these to your customer portal once your register online, email to Petlodgeadmin@gmail.com is your responsibility to provide proof of current vaccinations before your reservation. For the safety of all our clients, customers will be turned away if their pets’ vaccinations are not up to date. Please plan accordingly.
• All cats must be free of fleas and ticks and must be in reasonably good health and have no contagious illnesses or conditions.

Please note: To protect the health and safety of our employees, clients, and the pets in our care, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to any cat who does not meet the above requirements, especially having up to date vaccinations.

STEP 2 – Register Your Cats

Complete the Pet Lodge at Old Town registration Online by clicking the link below and signing up as a New Customer. During the registration you will enter your information, your pet(s) information, read and sign our mandatory release form(s) and upload vaccination information.

STEP 3 – Schedule Your Reservation

Once you have completed your online registration you can make your 1st reservation or simply give us a call at              951-693-3088 and we will be happy to help you complete your reservation.
