Rates for Peak Times:
Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Friday – Monday, 4th of July, July 3 – 5, Labor Day, Friday – Monday, Thanksgiving Day weekend, Wednesday – Monday, Christmas Eve – New Years Day January 1st.
10% increase for the above list holidays.
Deposit:
10% of the stay is due at booking.ย Money will be refunded three days prior to check in if you cancel your reservation.ย If you cancel less than 72 hours from checking in, you forfeit your deposit.
